A useful tactice to check keywords against your video names is to type your desired keyword into youtube see how many competitors you have for that specific keyword or phrase. A good rule of thumb is if theres more then 10 000 videos under that keyword, move on.
We want keywords and phrases that we can get on the first page NOW! So that we can start getting views and driving traffic to our site. We can later change the name of that video to a different keyword phrase and attack a larger market and more competitive keyword.
Starting out we MUST find these keywords that are searched often, but don't get greedy. Domminate a few keywords with 500-1000 searches per month. You are MUCH more likely to attain the rankings for it, and guarntee your traffic.
